IMPORTANT READER INFORMATION FROM BLOGGER!
"By 29 September 2016, the Search Box gadget on this blog will only present search results from this blog. Search results from pages linked in your posts, from the web or from the Blog List and Link List gadgets will no longer be presented."
It is possible that the admins. of this TrailSpots (T-Spots!) blog might have to consider the platform options if these features are removed. The quick access to sites outside of the blog enhances the readers' enjoyment and general experience of this space. It is in fact, one of the main attractions of the Blogger platform.
Any changes to TrailSpots (T-Spots!) will be posted. Stay tuned!
Please feel free to comment on this development.

Where were you when ...?
Our fifth featured post brings that question to mind, and it is answered in this first full TrailSpots post. The story behind the decision to 'leave home' and create TrailSpots' very own space is told here ... and the rest, as they say, is history!
Now, years later, we're featured in our side-bar grille!
'TrailSpots' always finds inspiration in its very humble beginnings and strives to maintain that humility in its postings. We understand that the rapid technology-driven social media trend is pushing towards more intricate networks and catering mostly for a generation that is increasingly tech-savvy; one might even say 'born tech-savvy'! It is definitely the way of the future.
Our trail of choice allows us to look into the intricacies of social media, remember that not everyone is into chasing the cutting-edge and find a path that keeps it simple and accessible for those who want to enjoy an experience without pushing too many buttons. So, while we have added new features, the general template on our Blogger platform remains pretty much very easy to navigate ... and there is still always something to add or improve!
The personal connection is the thing that we value and strive to maintain.
So, where were we?
We were in Balandra, Trinidad, when we decided to leave home and the wheels were set in motion. Trails from the past found a new home, even as we explored new trails to share with our readers. There are already many ways in which TrailSpots(T-Spots!) might evolve, but we will never forget the quiet humble way in which it began.
Let's retrace the trail to the 'birth of a little travel blog', in the coastal village of Balandra.

This trail takes us anywhere and allows us to meet some pretty interesting and creative persons!
Now we're making a little time to stop over at three special business spots that have crossed paths with TrailSpots(T-Spots!) in one way or another.
They are all recently launched and already making waves in the Caribbean and abroad!
You've certainly come across our popular 'Gone Green' posts from Grenada, with Denise and Angie, the sea-glass seekers and designers. They set up shop in Grand Anse and love combing the beaches, Well, they're now open for business on Etsy and they'e celebrating!
Find them on Etsy @
https://www.etsy.com/shop/GoneGreenGrenad ... and order lots of natural sea-glass treasure.
See much more @
Then hop over to Virgin Gorda in the the British Virgin Islands. There you'll find the 'Sunshine Society' led by Chrisann N. . They are on a mission to create some "island vibes for sunny souls" ... and sunny it is indeed, from fashion to food and more!
Join the list to get your island vibes. "Meet your tribe" @
And as if that was not enough ... dive in deep with the 'Filthy Mermaid' also in the BVI! They are celebrating the "sexy freedom of the mermaid way of life"!
Need we say more ... except maybe that this is for adult mermaids! By the way, Chrissann is also a creative force behind 'the Filthy Mermaid'. Find out more when you pay a visit.
Now, splash on over there to meet some happy mermaids living on the land and in the sea @
and follow through @
They're all spotlighted in the the T-Spots side-bar grille and are certainly on our trail radar ... and they are hot! Like hot-spots!
